The package designed for those properties that want to stand out! Includes:
• Up to 30 photos, professionally edited
• Up to seven drone photos, to showcase the property and all amenities and features nearby

Luxury
Created for those luxury properties that deserve all the attention. Includes:
• Up to 35 photos
• Premium editing
• Drone photos (up to 7)
• Video Walk Through Tour (includes drone video footage) up to 90 seconds, premium editing and delivered in 4k

AirBnB Photography Pricing
Let's showcase your vacation rental in its best possible light, and attract visitors. All packages below grant full rights to all images and videos provided.

Photos Only

ADD-ONS & A LA CARTE SERVICES
* Twilight package $200 - Turn any package above into a twilight package in order to capture the subject property at sunrise or sunset.
* Video Tour $499 - 60 to 90 seconds real estate video tour with music and your branding.

*Packages listed are base pricing and may be higher depending on the complexity of the project, or actual size of property. Prices are subject to change and are based on a 2500 sq/ft property
FINE PRINT
• A non-refundable 50% deposit is needed to guarantee booking. Balance due upon completion
• There is a rescheduling fee of $150 for any changes are requested within 24 hours of a scheduled shoot
• Video shoots are allotted 3 hours. Photo shoots are allotted 1.5 hours. Expect to be on site the whole time. Additional time will be billed at $95/hour. To avoid overage costs, be sure to make the house show-ready ahead of time.
• Photos delivery is 24 hours after completion of photo shoot.
• Video delivery is 48 hours after completion of shoot.
• In the event that you wish/require us to re-shoot exteriors, an additional $150 fee will be added. It is the Pacific Northwest after all, and unfortunately the weather is unpredictable and ever changing.
• Howard Snyder reserves the right to use footage and photos in portfolio, future videos, social media posts, etc.
